As of Jan 1, 2023, The Exchange Barbershop will require a credit card on file for all future reservations. We apologize for any inconvenience; however per request from our providers and due to the amount of no shows for appointments, we have had to take measures to resolve this issue. Our providers have dedicated a specific time for each client for their personal benefit. When we receive no calls or the client does not show, it greatly affects everyone. We also have a waiting list of clients trying to get in for services and ample time is needed to fill the spot. We understand that things happen, especially emergencies therefore we have the right “to not charge” if we choose to do so. Our companies give plenty of notification for your upcoming appointments and we ask that our clients do the same in return. Please review our policy for future reservations.
Cancelling an appointment with 24 hours’ notice will not result in any charges. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the total scheduled services for a same day cancellation unless we are able to fill the appointment time. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the scheduled services that are a “no call, no show” appointment.
Please Note: All major credit cards accepted will be charged a 3.5% service fee on total services. We do accept cash and checks as well.
